At The True Way, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Items must have original tags attached (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when exchanging an item due to ordering the wrong size.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
If we made a mistake by sending the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, The True Way will cover the replacement and shipping costs at no additional charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was defective
- We shipped the wrong item or wrong size
In those cases, The True Way will cover the replacement and shipping costs.
